Caught the barista red-handed, reheating some of the milk from his previous jug for the next coffee… what a cheap shot!!… particularly when you’re paying the Rose Bay premium!!Reheating even a small proportion of previously heated milk, simply butchers what could be a great coffee.Come on guys! Learn to do the simple things well and CUT THE CHEAP SHOTS!

Mango ice cream!! Wow! So yummy. This is a magical place! So many cute tables and corners to sit. And healthy food.

Good food. Well presented. Need more healthy choices! Coffee was average. Lovely staff. When they had over charged they contacted the manager sbd it was rectified.Great country service!

I rarely leave reviews for places but I just had such a lovely night at Farro that I felt I had to! Firstly the service was incredible, the staff were so attentive and friendly. I sat there for a while alone because my friend was stuck in traffic and they were lovely, I didn't feel like there was any huge pressure to hurry up and order though I did get the polenta fingers and a drink while I waited as I was hungry.I am vegan and my friend tries to avoid gluten where possible and I included these dietary requirements when booking and when I sat down the staff gave me menus and asked about the dietary requirements. They were also conscious to make sure that we were getting the gluten free and vegan options when ordering. To the point where my friend wanted to try some of my (gluten filled) nutella calzone that I got for dessert and I think the wait staff were concerned that it contained gluten haha. The consideration was really appreciated thank you!Finally the food was incredible, everything was beautifully presented and tasted great. It felt like they used quality ingredients and the portion sizes were generous so it's definitely worth it for the price.Thanks so much for a beautiful night, my friend and I loved it and I'll be telling my family and friends how great this restaurant is!

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had - burnt fritters, toast and bacon cooked on one side. The meal was tasteless.

Inaccurate menu.Apparently it has been change but still the wrong info is everywhere online.Only a couple of options for vegans.If you are vegan like us this may not be the place for you as they don’t accommodate other plates either.

Ordered 2 takeaway mochas. Coffee shots were made and then sat there for over 5 mins while the person served others. Warm at best. Needless to say the mochas were awful. Won’t be visiting again.

Wow this was the most terrible Oliver's I have ever been to. My sweet potato chips were put on a grill to be cooked and burnt rather than chips normally being put in the deep fryer. The women working here are terrible and have no food skills as a normal cook knows to never put chips on a grill...Half the sides were burnt and the other half were soggy. Well done to providing the highest level of professionalism to making sweet potato fries that are hands down the worst decision I have ever seen a worker / company do to food.Contacted head office and have videos to provide. Thanks for ruining my lunch !

Nice place, the coffee is good. I like the chocolate croissants. Not like in France but the best on Eastern suburbs

Absolutely love this shop. I could spend hours in here. The Cafe is amazing and their range of products is outstanding. Always something new to try and the staff always help with any enquiry and always suggest a new product to try and their suggestions have always been spot on. I've enjoyed every product they have suggested as they advise on products they have genuinely tried and enjoyed themselves. Thank you.
