I couldn't use a caltex gift card to pay for my petrol, manager very nasty and she scared a junior trainee. I reported the incident and head office sorted things out very quickly and the rude manager had a talking to. I was very disappointed in caltex that day and disgusted with how I was treated by that grumpy old lady.

Thanks so much to Ben from BCJ Exclusive Plumbing! I called with a hot water system issue at about 4.30 in the afternoon. By 6, Ben was here and by 7 my hot water system was fixed. All in the same afternoon! I was so impressed with the quality of the repair and the service. I would highly recommend Ben and will definitely call for all of our future plumbing issues.
