Brewing supply store

I visited this shop for the first time today! I disclosed very early that I was just sticky beaking because I am not ready to buy goods for my little homestead.... despite this the lady owner spend heaps of time explaining various products and their pros/cons. Her passion is contagious and I am so excited to go back in the future when I am ready to hit the ground running!

Do not bother, there is no shopfront, it used to be a good store but has recently turned into what is best described as a storage/pickup unit. There is no service or staff to rate, literally. Disappointed! Do not be fooled by their website, the stock and range is coming from their peakhurst partners.

Not a huge range but very friendly and helpful, and they have all the basics.

Great range, great prices, great shipping, packaging and processing times. Top notch, highly recommended.

Couldn't ask for a better place to get your beer supplies. Great knowledge and advise. Great customer service and prices to match. Will be shopping there always.

Spent a lot of money here from store opening, Turbo 500 with all the expensive accessories. Recently family purchased Kegerator Kit for me, it makes a noise it shouldn't and had a faulty tap. Tap was replaced and Kegerator may be replaced so that is a good thing. Seeking advice however regarding flat beer in kegs is another matter with a returned phone call today from Mal basically telling me he has never ever experienced so many issues before, making me feel that it was all my fault, an inconvenience and he appeared to be quite upset. This equipment was purchased to support small local business rather than saving hundreds of dollars buying online with the idea that there would be support and advice offered, sadly not the case. $1,100 to produce flat beer not knowing cause or how to rectify, I now find myself seeking advice elsewhere, what a joke!I will never enter this shop again. Happy to take the money but little patience towards customers requesting after sales advice, be warned!

First time purchase from these guys! Fast delivery, well packaged and they gave me a free shirt although, it was very small and definitely won't fit an adult. It may fit my teenage daughter, maybe. Bought the Shott syrups and pumps and they taste great, smell great and the pumps work a treat!Definitely purchase again from this company.(Just a tip, maybe ask the purchaser whether they're male or female so you can gift a shirt that fits but, appreciate the gesture anyway)Thank you!

I cannot recommend them highly enough. we had some trouble with our solar charger and the man went out of his way to help us with the set up and even soldered the wires etc.prices are very reasonable for a regional camping store.Thank you so much!!

Reasonably well stocked shop. Helpful staff. Found what we were looking for. Good experience.
