We found Rick after having a terrible experience at a project builder. Once he showed us the design for our skinny block we literally fell in love. And now after living in the house we love the amount of natural light each room gets, we adore the simple flow of the house and he managed to fit a butler's pantry into the design.Not only did he listen to everything we requested, he designed a house that perfectly fits our lifestyle and without any delays!You will not be disappointed. We cannot thank Rick enough.

Spacious apartments with good clean amenities such as the gym and pool. Views of Crown casino and the shoreline.

Stayed here a year so far and I reckon it is the best apartment building in the area. Very spacious and intuitive layout in almost every floor plan unlike a lot of crammed Southbank apartments, good colour scheme and very clean pool for exercise. Auto blinds is a nice touch which gives it a futuristic feel. The upstairs lounge areas + cinema are also bookable, plus a free for all ping pong table.Location wise it’s set to be perfect, since the new Woolworths is opening up in less than a month just across the street. It’s also a short walk to the gardens, south Melbourne and the CBD.For long term residents there’s a friendly Facebook community where we share info / gripes / requests for assistance. The building management is also great with updates and email notifications for things happening.Last but not least the concierges are top dudes. Shoutout to Nigel and Nav for making everything easy and helping this place become a very livable and comfortable area.

The Austin Management team were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient with everything during my 2 year tenancy.A special mention to the efforts made during both the Brisbane Floods of 2021 and the Grey Street/South Brisbane Station construction.Both Gayle and Bryce were very forthcoming to all updates and special offerings the Brisbane City Council made during these times which one would say was working outside of the scope of service to ensure everyone was well informed.Was very sad to have left, but definitely very glad of my stay and experience.Would Highly recommend with a great team to support your stay.

Great location for a few nights off. The rooms were great and the apartment was very clean. We were very surprised that there was free wifi.

We stayed at Villa Paradiso Palm Cove in April 2022. Our apartment was very clean and well presented, very spacious, and very comfortable. Authentic floorboards and interesting art, outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean. Location is sensational. The staff were so very helpful and accommodating - with ad-hoc car rental, booking trips for us and handy tips & tricks (both before we arrived and once we were there). We had an amazing holiday.

Terrible. The staff at reception are very rude. When we left they charged us to replace doors that we did not damage one bit. I was very disappointed as this place was recommended by a friend. Nice location but definitely find somewhere else. Will not be returning here.

I absolutely love living at panorama Sharmala made our experience moving in quick and easy, I love the lay out of our apartment sunset views and the facilities are amazing and all really priced really good! Close to shops, restaurants, transport everything you need is at your finger tips.
