Rugby store

Customer service is excellent. Could of got wat i needed at another store i went to but there customer service was lacking to say the least. Staff here are excellent.

Poor online experience. At purchase stated they had the jersey and size in but it was not in stock. No confirmation after order or update. I had to chase this up to find out they didn't have it in stock. At no stage did they advise this until I followed up. I have no idea why they took the order when there was no stock. No updates. Initially happy to wait but no update about stock. Again I have to follow up every time. Almost 3 months no updates without me following up. Requested refund and no response. I did misquote an order number but they had my purchase email address and name. In any case I corrected the order number immediately and again no response to request for a refund. I hope I get my money back

Gave me the best opportunity took little steps to get me where I am, and now I’m out there trying to get to the biggest stage & also supports you with what you want to do also support your goals and become a better rugby player !!

Friendly service, lots of stuff, spent more money than expected as there was great gift ideas for Xmas.

Great collection of everything about sports. Friendly staff. Worth a visit

I was the only customer in the whole shop. I noticed there were 4 staff working, two ladies chatting behind the front counter, and two men at the very back of the store. I was wanting to try out and purchase an exercise bike. None of the staff members came to assist, so I called out 'excuse me' twice. Was completely ignored by the staff members chatting at the front of the store. As I was not assisted,and ignored I decided to leave the store. It was only upon departing the store that the staff member asked how I was going, and I told her that since I was ignored I was leaving. She replied that she thought I was in the shoe section, and that one of the staff members at the back would have helped me. Well obviously, the staff member was not at all paying attention because I was no where near the shoe section. Anyway, left with no exercise bike, and Sportsman Warehouse has missed out on a sale.
