Bus driver hit the side of the car. Obviously knew he did as you can see in the photos exchange of details. Unfortunately the company denies responsibility for the incident. What a joke.

Kangaroo Bus Lines
P&O Explorer Unexpectedly berthed in Brisbane on 20th July and were lucky enough to engage the Kangaroo Buslines to ferry us to and from the magnificent new terminal to Brisbane.On the return shuttle, Kerrie Anne was our driver and not only was she excellent at her job but her enthusiasm for her role as driver, the owners and family members of the company, the staff, the conditions and the professional way Kangaroo Buslines was run was a joy to hear. Her enthusiasm was infectious and we wish Kerrianne and Kangaroo Buslines the very best for the future.

Appalling customer service after a driver hit my 90yr old father's parked car. None of the phone number listed on the websites for the local depots are operational. All the repair running around, quotes, towing etc are now on a 90 yr old man!! Shame on you John Holland

Hervey Bay Travel & Transit Centre
There are no chairs to sit and wait on which was appalling for my elderly mother as we farewelled my brother at 8pm at night. We had to pull up a shopping trolley for her to lean on because the bus was late.
