Going above and beyond my expectations to have unexpected unauthorised permit approvals completed within a week of settlement, and me out of town, Shah had the job done in time, in a professional matter, working with and arranging other specialists for the job that needed to be done also. Shah communicated everything with me, was patient, honest, caring and very helpful, being professional but also like a friend in all areas of his dealings. We first came to meet shah after becoming frustrated with another corporate type engineering company we had initially engaged to do site and engineering assessments .Shahs personalized service and advice in helping us navigate the challenges of site prep/construction issues and his knowledge of shire/govt planning regs ,certainly relieved us [esp the wife]of much stress and anxiety.He even went to the trouble of talking with building dept and wall frame suppliers on our behalf to solve problems.We were also grateful to find him very reasonable in his fee structure compared to the other firms loading up extra charges for things[some of which were unnecessary]Timing was critical for us and despite a busy times during the building initiative scheme, Shah kept his promise to get our project approved before the deadline cut off.If your’e thinking of owner building .He is happy to help you overcome the speed humps along the journey.

Well, where to start, I needed revetment work done and a new boat ramp. have to say extremely Shocking service, no-one ever came to site to quote, apparently google is sufficient to see what needs to be done, after waiting over 6 months and still nothing and after making a lot of inquires around the neighbour hood i decided to go with someone else. Turns out that they are not even QBCC Licensed or even trade qualified to carry out some of the work they do.Others have said they've paid deposits and they would turn up and then disappear the next day then waited for ages to get job finished.My advise DONT USE THEM find someone else ?

We engaged services of Aussie Building Specialists when we were fighting against time and council. The previous big name of engineering industry who engineered our house let us down by not responding to quote requests for changes that council has requested despite constant follow up. Aussie Building Specialists quickly responded to our call and and sent us a quote within few hours as promised. He came out on site to do a soil test and did the revisions to engineering in quickest possible time as required. He also went above and beyond to make sure our building permit is approved by providing extra details at no added cost. His sense of humor and professionalism speaks for himself.
