I enjoyed this afro step class with Sheron! this class showed a deep focus on both fitness and afro beats. As an individual, who loves dance and fitness, this class definitely worked well in my interest as I was doing one of the two things that I love most. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay fit, and have some fun whilst doing so!!
