Costume rental service

Thanks to Sally, my son Adam and all the kids at his birthday party had a great time. Although we didnt hire the sumo outfits we hired the jumping castle and bubble machine which the kids loved! Great service and friendly staff! Highly recommend them.

My daughter has been going to WA stage school since she was in Kindy and is now in Year 6. She looks forward to the classes and our 3 year old will be going there next year! The teachers are great, and the concert is always very professional at the end of the year.

The team here were so super helpful when I had a last minute costume emergency and really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my show. Fabulous range and lovely team in store!

You ll meet the nicest lady with an amazing collection of dance dresses. I mean the NICEST of all out there ! Helped us choose dresses according to our genre of dance , suggested ways of dressing/draping them. No less than 5 stars!!!

We hired a couple of beautiful 1920's dressed along with all of the accessories for a 20's boat party and were the best dressed on board for SURE! Mandy was absolutely wonderful and so helpful when putting together our outfits. The 1920's music in the background was the cherry on top! Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a costume!

We deal with you regularly and you are always helpful and have a lot of options especially special fx for what we do. Thanks guys.

I can’t speak highly enough about Mandy. I was a touch late to my appointment, she was so patient with me. There were a number of fabulous outfits to choose from, I tried on so many different dresses (some of them twice to make sure). Mandy was great at helping me select the perfect outfit for the party, plus the dress was beautiful; as were the accessories that went with it. I had a fantastic night at the party, and part of that was rocking up in a great outfit. Will go back for my next dress up party!

I spent the last hour searching for costumes. The staff announced they were closing in ten minutes, so I made a decision. At that time one staff was serving another customer, and the other was nowhere to be seen. I did three laps of the store to seek assistance, I was also juggling children, and enquired about included accessories, but the other staff member only appeared to say “we are closed”. I put my costume on the counter, and the staffer, said “it’s 530, we are closed, I won’t do the paperwork”. Either get more attentive staff, allow your customers to process an order up to closing time (as is done in most retail stores…), or be more clear that “we are closing in ten minutes, your order needs to be finalized now”. This service soured the fun of the experience, and frankly is the worst retail service I’ve experienced. No I won’t be back tomorrow. You won’t get my custom.
