Well maintained grounds great to practice on and I see the odd game of cricket in the same area. With toilet facilities nearby and reasonably clean.

All 3 of my boys have played for the club for many years. The club is well run with great support from volunteers from Parents to committee members who are super generous with their time and efforts. Greg runs a very tight ship and keeps everything working really well. Last year during COVID was tough but GMUSC seemed to flourish even with all the adversity and challenges. Training is decided by the volunteer coaches and is usually Monday to Wednesday nights at Granville Park, with games usually played every Saturday across Parks located within the playing area, depending on your child's age group, could be from Lidcombe to Greystanes, Pennant Hills, Parramatta and surrounding areas. Our home ground is at Everley Park and most game days the home club usually have the Canteen open for some food and drinks for the kids. All around it's a great activity for kids to stay active, develop social skills and learn about team work and sportsmanship. It's a great club!

MWFA are corrupt. You don't get what you paid for. In 2017, me and the team I played for paid our registration fee to Narrabeen FC for $450 under the impression we would be playing in division 2, as Narrabeen said we could. We paid our money one week out from our first match, discovered that MWFA had rejected the application to play in division 2 and injected us into 3. Again, in 2019, myself and my team again paid $450. This time under the impression we would be playing for AL4s. Low and behold, MWFA took an extortionate sum of money from my team (registration for the team being approximately $6,300) and knocked us down to AL6s. It seemingly isn't based on grading or skill as our team has an ex-premier league reserves player, ex AL1 player and a number of players who played u18 1s only a couple of years earlier. Disappointing to see MWFA get away with whatever they want, taking a cut of the money and leaving their customers unsatisfied. But what can you do? They've got a monopoly over the Manly-Warringah area so they can continue to dissatisfy customers as they please.
