Best restaurant in the area! We have been here a couple of times and never disappoints. The owners are incredibly lovely, and the food is amazing!! Must try the roast duck, BBQ pork and the combination char kway teow!!

Turned up to place order tonight the price they are charging out is obscene their portion sizes are small as well .I'm talking two Mains a fried rice and a entree almost $100 are they serious. The owners have been there for probably 50 years they're that greedy I would not give them another centNo way worth that kind of moneyMore expensive the crown at Barangaroo with a magnificent view five-star top-class set up to oppose of a run down dump like chans.

Stanley Restaurant

Everything about Stanley Restaurant was amazing. The banquet menu with all of the lovely flavours was amazing. The service was brilliant. The wine and cocktail list was extensive. And the location and views are amazing.We went mid week and were treated to a wonderful experience. Sitting outside in the patio under cover and in the fresh night air wasn’t a problem as heaters were available.Stanley Restaurant is a fabulous experience which catered well in the banquet menu for my dairy free and gluten free diet.It was a lovely experience in all ways.

Great value for money, fresh seafood, beautiful sauce and delicious noodles! Had to take home to finish later, still finger lickin good after reheating at home.

Hotel Esplanade

The lobster roll was delicious and the seaside spritz was the perfect summer drink. They move you to a table outside at the end of your booking period but it was a bit of a nightmare to manage the move with security getting angry at us for standing where the server asked us to stand and wait. If you can avoid talking to security then you’ll have a gorgeous day - very easily done if you stay out of their way.

Always had 5 stars... But the last couple of visits,have not been as good,as the last. Just going backwards. Tonight, the food was bland. The Szechuan chicken was dry.. no chilli. The beef blackbean had almost no flavour. To add insult, the prices went up AGAIN. And I was overcharged (after looking up the prices online).Sorry,will be looking around for another restaurant,to have our food.. was good for 22years.. but it's gone backwards.. and much smaller containers,less meat. For our family..not worth it.goodbye Mr Chan

Enjoy Inn is a seriously good Chinese restaurant. Excellent menu, that varies slightly between the Hamilton and Fortitude Valley sites. Highly recommend.

Chao Kong 潮港 Eastwood

The place is exactly as you would expect. The food here is alright but the portions are a bit on the smaller end. The drinks were alright and can come free with certain dishes but you add $1.50 if you get it cold. Which confuses me as you’re getting less liquid as they just add ice.

Joyful House 喜悅軒

We ordered sweet & sour pork, PiPi with fried vermicelli and a signature dumpling platter. By and large, the dumpling platter is worth waiting for. The skin is smooth and silky. The sweet & sour pork is not crispy as we hope it is. Probably, we ordered during lunch. PiPi with fried vermicelli is crispy but somehow seems to be missing something.
