Air conditioning system supplier

Worst company I've ever dealt with Organisation is poor quality/ rushing workers/ no idea on effective quoting or performance.

Had three aircon units installed 14 months ago by Voltora Industries. Wouldn't recommend them as one unit completely fell off the external wall two days ago as it was not mounted to the stud instead nailed into trimming...Rang Voltora to have this fixed and assess whether the unit was damaged and was told by Jess that the 12 month warranty was over and that I would need to pay to have them come fix their poor workmanship. The customer service received from Jess made me very upset and I was only able to organise for them to come out free of charge after asking for it to be raised with someone else and then having to make multiple further phone calls.Really upset with the work completed. Only choose Voltora based on the good reviews I saw online so hopefully this helps someone else.

The impact air team recently installed 3 new and one replacement air conditioners. They listened to what we wanted, took the style of 1920s house into account, and offered excellent advice on the most sensible and cost-efficient arrangement. Everything was then ordered, delivered and installed promptly and professionally. The team were very pleasant, they cleaned everything up and we are really pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend them for a great service.

Gary and Luke are excellent. They arrived on time and carried out general electrical works. Extremely polite, efficient and they even carry their own vacuum to clean up the dust from the work carried out. I will be keeping their details on my contacts list.

Fantastic service! Luke did a great job. I would definitely recommend him. Luke installed two air conditioners, one to replace an existing unit, and the other a new install. He cleaned up afterwards and was extremely efficient. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, everything is very neat. Turned up spot on time and ready to work.
