Wow wow wow, I want to go back and do that again!Ladies, let me tell you about this experience because it was so much fun, super professional, and if you are even thinking about a boudoir shoot - this is the photographer to do it with.It was compliments and positive energy from the second I saw Alessio, which is such a mood-booster; he is warm, kind and such a happy presence. This is a person who has found their purpose in life and that is to help women see how beautiful they are; he has a gift and I was lucky enough to receive it.The studio is intimate and so pretty, but comfortable and inviting. Ale and his makeup artist (I had the lovely Nathalie) honestly just shower you in compliments while you get hair and makeup done, so get used to that! Nathalie was so skilled and I love that she didn't cover up my face, and instead just enhanced my features.Now, onto the shoot. Honestly, I was super nervous in the days leading up to it, but that all disappeared once I got changed. At no point did I feel embarrassed or silly or awkward. You're in such good hands with Ale; he is so helpful with instructions, poses and facial expressions, you will actually feel like a professional model. He also provided gowns to cover up with and made sure everything was comfortable.And the photos - OMG. I have pretty bad body image issues and can honestly say I looked incredible in these pics - words I never thought I would say about myself. You will see yourself in a new light and will obsess over how good these pics are. I was even brave enough at the end to ask for a few extra pics with my favourite poses, which Ale was so happy to oblige.If you're thinking about a boudoir shoot, but are hesitant - do it. Book him in literally right now because I truly don't think you will find a photographer more talented, passionate or gentle than Alessio. Every picture I was shown was amazing and I actually felt like a model. Now I just need a reason to book in more shoots with him! Coming from someone who is so, so, *so* self-conscious, this experience was so beneficial and I could cry (in a good way!) at these pictures. I wish I could share them all with you haha. Thank you Alessio and his team, this could not have gone any better!

Norman is an absolute legend! As a local musician of Perth, I have worked with numerous photographers for press shots and the like - but Norman was head and shoulders above the rest!He was super friendly, able to strike up a conversation and have a laugh to help settle any nerves. He delivered clear and concise instructions, demonstrating an undeniable nouse for the craft. Highly recommend.

I've purchased equipment at Leederville Cameras both for the workplace as well as for myself. Everyone I've talked to here is knowledgeable, quick to answer any queries, and more than keen to get things sorted out as soon as possible. Much appreciated for the amazing service.

We had a fantastic tour of the Blue Mountains. The day started out with poor weather and forecast to burn off. Our guide helped us enjoy the day until that happened and we were rewarded with stunning views!

I have just returned from a 6 day Patagonia photography workshop (April 2019) with Jarrod. The workshop stops (including Torres del Paine, Los Glaciares National Park, and Mount Fitz Roy) were carefully chosen and researched for workshop participants to enable us to successfully photograph some of the most beautiful locations in Patagonia. Jarrod's photographic advice (both during filming and the use of Lightroom and Photoshop) and general assistance in obtaining the best photographs were very much appreciated and really helped in taking the best pictures possible.

Just completed my 4th workshop with Jarrod in Iceland & Norway in winter & YES we got to see the Northern Lights. WOW! What an adventure. The scenery and environment was spectacular. Once again Jarrod was very generous with his time and expertise in all things photography.The personalised tution he provides to his participants ensures you come away with memorable photos. We chose Thurtell Photography as our photographer for our fairytale wedding on 21 September 2013 and it was the easiest decision of them all. Andrew made the whole planning process so simple and stress free and Cliffe and I felt comfortable and at ease from the first meeting. On the big day Andrew and his gorgeous wife Nicole were able to calm the nerves and made me laugh and enjoy the lead up to the special moment when we became Mr and Mrs. Both Cliffe and I had a perfect wedding day and our photos captured every special moment and our album is something that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
