Avoid them,at first they told me it will coast you $220 for reglazing and installing a bedroom's window then, they charged me $320,when I Complained about that, Antoni told me because the window was heavy they used 2 men to installed that. Finally when I tried to close that I could not, when I told about that they ask for extra money to fix it which is unfair because they charge me for an hour labour and worked only for 20 minutes and left without completing their tasks.

Phone calls and emails not responded to. Request for a quote ignored. Just let people know that you're too busy or not interested in the business. It's just common courtesy and good business practice.

Great customer service, glass bricks and instructions so easy to follow and install …fantastic follow up. Would definitely recommend this business.

Lots of red tape lately, do yourself a favour and avoid.

I called to inquire about a custom glass balustrade railing project at my home in Sydney. Super helpful and willing to come out right away to look at the project and finalize a quote. His quote was competitive and he was super accommodating.I called them out to do a measurement and they were on time, he told me it would be a week before they could come out. In four days I received a phone call saying they were ready to do the install the glass balustrading. They came out and had my glass installed in two hours.They were professional, prompt and provided exceptional service from estimate to work completion. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Had fly screens installed about two years ago. Watched them measure up every room. They rang with the quote and though it was more than expected I agreed verbally over the phone. When they came to install they told me that one of the rooms was not included in the quote and it was going to cost another 200(ish, this was a couple of years ago so not sure exactly).They were there ready to install, I was put on the spot and just agreed to pay the extra money (young single mum, very little experience with hiring trades).On top of that, ALL of the fly screens have gaps, some are tilted / not square, and most of them have jagged edges of the fly screen hanging outside of the frame. Some of the pegs holding them in half hang out and can’t be pushed in further.Overall, would never recommend Patterson’s Glass, and actively tell anybody if it comes up in conversation to avoid them.
