I bought some globes that did not work in my chandelier on their recommendation (a chandelier I originally bought from them) and when I went to return the incompatible globes they refused to refund me saying ‘if these globes work today in my store in my light I will not refund you’ - only by showing them a home video of the functioning light and then changing it to the globe the sold me proving it didn’t work in a functioning light + a yelling match with the worker she eventually gave me the refund and was very rude about it. There is no customer service or after care once you buy anything from them it’s goodluck and goodbye, no loyalty for returning customers with problems, even if the problem is something they caused - eager to sell to you and give you a discount at the time but be careful. And they won’t exchange globes for a different colour if you come back the next day wanting to do an exchange they force you to buy a brand new 2nd set of the globes in the other colour instead of doing a simple swap on brand new globes you only bought yesterday. Also my expensive chandelier started to fall apart immediately after installation (the connection where you insert the little prongs of the globe is disintegrating like chalk it’s very odd) very poor quality, once they have your money they hold on tight and try to squeeze more from you, doesn’t matter if you’re left with a shoddy product.

Daniel and Jared were very responsive and cooperative. Especially the patch works were done perfectly so that we couldn't actually find where those were! We strongly recommend Ellison Painting and Decorating to everyone who wants their job done greatly!

You get some rare and different designs of lamps and fans here. Went to the store just to browse for some nice Pendent Lights and by later. However, the good price and the fantastic customer service provided by Garry convinced us to buy the products. Really appreciate the help extended Garry and the other guy in store in selecting what we need.

Peter and Wayne did an excellent job. I was really happy with their workmanship. Nothing was a bother. Peter provided me with excellent guidance and ticked all the boxes. I would not hesitate recommending Peter and his team.

Staff are constantly on the phone, short with their answers, new products are delivered in packaging that's damaged and old looking. There's nothing klassy about this business.

Bad customer service. Called the 1300 number on website to arrange a quote, ‘Adrian’ picked up acting as if it was the wrong number, stating the call was diverted to his mobile (which is provided on the website also) and said to call back another time???

I purchased an oyster light from them on the 17/1/21. Product went faulty within 12 months and this was confirmed by an electrician. They refused to give me a refund even though I am entitled to one under consumer law as the product has a major fault within 12 months of purchase. I notified them that if I did not receive a refund I would be notifying the ACCC. They still refused to give me a refund despite the fact I am entitled to one. I guess this business is going to learn the hardway :). They have also lost a customer as I refuse to purchase any lighting from them again.

I used Flourish Interior Design for a large build in Newcastle . From concept right through to handover Flourish were creative , responsive and pleasure to deal with . Morag's super power is reading people and working cohesively with what the client wants. Her skills at delivering beautiful finishes was very much appreciated. I thoroughly recommend this business & we would not do another build without using Flourish
