Scotty mad our son an amazing carving knife set in a gift box. This is something he will be able to pass down to his kids. Just lovely!

For the first time in my life I am working in a night fill position and wanted to have the best tools to achieve the best results. I found that with the Martor Secumax 150. The blade gap is just the right size to cut easily through boxes and with the dual blades, if one gets blocked with cardboard you can quickly flip it and continue. I like the product so much that I purchased the Secumax 350 within a week of having the Secumax 150. I am recommending it to all my co-workers.The Secumax 350 did not disappoint, it cut through boxes like a hot knife through butter and no damage to the products within. The only major difference for me between the Secumax 150 and Secumax 350 was the scraper.The only question I have for Martor is what should I try next?

This place is truly amazing! I can't fault a single thing. Nick holds a wealth of knowledge and shares every little bit of with you throughout the day, don't let his laid back demeanour and glorious mullet fool you, this guy is a genius with all things blacksmith-ing.If you're thinking about doing this, don't think, do it! Had an absolute blast doing a blade course. I highly recommend doing one of their courses. Shane and Nick both have excellent knowledge and are great teachers. Having no experience in making a blade I think the knife turned out awesome. Thanks guys.

Don’t trust anyone else with your knives! True master craftsman that takes great pride and precision in his work. Knives always return better than new! Cannot recommend Masaakienough

my wife and i participated in one of Savage custom knives knife making courses. we enjoyed every minute!!. neither of us had every done a course like this and at first we were a bit iffy because we had little skill in knife making. but Shane was very relaxed and a great teacher, he was there for every step of the process and would step in if you need help. The knifes we made would have sold at any camping/kitchen store, despite our lack of skill XD

I recently discovered Koi Knife and I couldn't be happier! As a frequent home cook, I was in need of a high-quality knife for my Asian cooking and the Bunka was the perfect choice. I use it 4-5 times a week for seafood and other proteins and I haven't had to sharpen it in three months. The geometry of the knife makes slicing through fish a breeze. The staff at the shop are knowledgeable and passionate about knives, which made the buying experience all the better. I'm so glad to have a local knife shop around and I would highly recommend Koi Knife to anyone looking for a quality knife!

We did the One Day knife making course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tim, our instructor was so very skilled, patient and helpful, providing excellent advice and tips ensuring we all managed to finish our knives successfully by the end of the course. A mate and I did the day with our sons and we all had a great time, and all made razor sharp and unique custom knives of our choice, based on the pre cut blanks and handles available. Yes it costs a bit, but in my opinion it’s worth every cent and I want to go back and do other courses with TVF. Karim helped me sort a custom group booking in advance too. All in all a fantastic experience and well worth a go ;-D

Brilliant job, extra sharp. Same day service. Thought I would have to buy new ones, these are now as good or better than new!
