Friendly, honest and caring. The Darren’s will look after you and give you no bull advice. They care about their customers and have always looked after me. They are friendly and helpful. There has never been too much trouble. Would I recommend them to others, Yes I would, if more company’s had the ethos of this one we would be so much better off. They service all of my cars and have done so for many a year.

Got my car serviced here for the first time. Service is great. But I feel like they included a couple of jobs that were not required just to jack up the service cost. My car is pretty new inside and out but they included $160 worth of odour treatment! Not even sure what they did or they do it for every car? Make sure what you are paying for and get a clear quote before getting the service done.

Awesome care taken on phone this morning with enquiry for service and the team booked my vehicle for a pickup service and so quickly. Was very easy to communicate and deal with this morning. A big thanks to Kurt, Tom and the whole team for their great service and advice over the past few years. I made the switch after some bad experiences with dealer servicing and have never looked back. Just had my Skoda in for a routine service and some repairs and it's now running like new again having done almost 150,000km's. Well done guys.

Further to my review a year ago, below, I just returned with a leaking steering rack, and it was fixed after having been replaced three times elsewhere. Piers is meticulous about explaining the problem, the parts that were worn and replaced, and even fixing minor problems he comes across in the process. I have complete confidence in him. Alyssa runs the Admin like a general in the field, and together they are a perfect family team.They KNOW BMWs! My old 325i was idling and accelerating erratically and there was a brake problem. Four other garages (who will remain nameless) were mystified although they still charged me. Then a BMW enthusiast told me about RX Automotive. Piers and his father Simon fixed the problem while I waited! Fuel system cleaned and checked, new brake fluid and hoses, plus explanations I could see and understand. They are champions! I will never take my precious car anywhere else for mechanical issues although Coopers Plains is 25 kms from my home.

Over ONE HOUR to wash my Hyundai i30 (one car before me) - regular plus hand wash. Hard pass. I’d like to say they’re very detailed but it was painful watching them move at the rate of a sloth, no sense of urgency.Before I started I asked “how long?” and he said “we’ll start now.” I live around the block so it would’ve been nice to go home and come back.
